<h3></h3> We are looking for motivated production workers with forklift licence for work in the salmon industry in Hitra and Bergen. In this role, you will both work in production and operate a forklift. We are looking for flexible people who are comfortable combining different tasks throughout the workday. Work tasks <ul><li>Cutting, filleting and packing salmon, both manually and by machine.</li><li>Checking quality and following routines for hygiene and food safety procedures</li><li>Operating a forklift for transport, loading and unloading</li><li>Contributing to efficient logistics</li></ul> Desired qualifications: <ul><li>Valid forklift licence (T1, T2, T4)</li><li>Experience from production and/or forklift operation</li><li>Good communication skills in English or a Scandinavian language</li><li>Understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations</li><li>Punctual, efficient, and detail-oriented</li></ul> We offer: <ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Help with travel and housing</li><li>A friendly workplace with great colleagues</li></ul> To be considered for the position, you must be able to document your work/studies for the last five years, due to the need for a background check for employees handling goods for air freight.
