If you love the outdoors, meeting new people, and creating magical Arctic experiences, this is your chance to be part of an exciting winter adventure. <h2>Job Description:</h2> Snowmobile Guides - Seasonal, temporary contract 1 November 2026 - 31 March 2027. <h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2> <ul><li> Lead and guide groups of tourists on Snowmobile Tours. </li><li> Provide guests with information about the Northern Lights, Arctic nature and its surroundings, and the cultural and historical background of our fjords. </li><li> Provide clear safety instructions and ensure the safety and well-being of all guests throughout the tour. </li><li> Prepare and check snowmobiles and equipment before and after tours. </li><li> Assist guests with photography and help them capture memorable moments during their Arctic experience. </li><li> Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests. </li><li> Stay informed about current Northern Lights forecasts and local weather conditions. </li><li> Assist with other tours and activities when needed as part of the operation. </li></ul> <h2>What We Offer:</h2> <ul><li> Training and support. </li><li> Opportunities for personal and professional growth. </li><li> A dynamic and friendly work environment. </li><li> Staff accommodation and housing rental. </li><li> Staff discount and benefits. </li></ul> <h2>Skills and Qualifications:</h2> <ul><li> Working experience as a guide or related positions. </li><li> Snowmobile driving experience and a valid licence/permit as required. </li><li> Very good communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, but not required. </li><li> Comfortable working outdoors in Arctic winter conditions. </li><li> Flexible and willing to assist with other tours and operational tasks when needed. </li></ul>
