<h3><strong>Do you want to help create an authentic Italian atmosphere at Mathallen?</strong></h3><p>Via Italia – a cozy and genuine pasta bar in the heart of Oslo – is looking for an enthusiastic team member who is passionate about food and authentic craftsmanship.</p><p> </p><p>With us, fresh pasta is made from scratch, and our guests get to enjoy a true taste of Italy right here in Mathallen. In addition, we offer carefully selected products such as sauces, cheeses, flour, pesto, jams, and balsamic vinegar – perfect for both serving and home cooking.</p><h3>Your responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><strong>Food and service:</strong> Prepare and serve fresh pasta and other Italian specialties.</li><li><strong>Guest experience:</strong> Provide excellent service and ensure that everyone feels welcome.</li><li><strong>Product sales:</strong> Guide customers through our selection of Italian delicacies.</li></ul><h3>Who are you?</h3><ul><li>Service-minded and enjoy working with people.</li><li>Have a genuine interest in food, preferably Italian cuisine.</li><li>Structured, positive, and flexible.</li><li>Speak English (Norwegian and Italian are a plus).</li><li>Experience from hospitality or retail is an advantage, but not required.</li></ul><h3>We offer:</h3><ul><li>A full-time position during the summer.</li><li>Possibility to continue on a part-time basis after summer</li><li>A social and friendly work environment in a lively food hall.</li><li>Learning and insights into authentic Italian ingredients and traditions.</li></ul><p><strong>Start date: June 2026</strong></p><p> </p><p>We would love to hear from you!
