With 38 exclusive rooms, a Michelin-ambitious restaurant, sauna facilities, and a private marina, we aim to deliver world-class experiences rooted in nature, authenticity, and the unique atmosphere of the Arctic seascape. </p><p>We are now seeking warm, professional and service-minded Waitres/Waitresses to join our team. </p><br /> <h3>Arbeidsoppgaver</h3><p>As a member of our service team, you will contribute to creating a calm and elegant atmosphere in the restaurant. </p><p>Your responsibilities include:<br />Welcoming guests and guiding them through the dining experience<br />Responsible for up to 20 guests, depending on occupancy<br />Ensure correct presentation and service of food and wine<br />Communicate dishes, wines, and the story of the retreat through natural storytelling<br />Collaborate with the kitchen and supervisor to maintain timing and flow<br />Set tables, prepare stations, and assist in closing routines<br />Work across departments — at Ytri, we help each other regardless of role or restaurant.
