Stord Hotel is seeking a professional, independent À La Carte Chef to join our kitchen team immediately. This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the independence of managing a station or service solo. <strong>The Role</strong> As our temporary À La Carte Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality culinary experiences. Your primary focus will be: Independent Service: Confidently managing à la carte service, often taking the lead on your own station. Quality Control: Maintaining our reputation for excellence through precise plating and flavor profiles. Kitchen Management: Upholding rigorous standards of hygiene (HACCP), organization, and efficiency. <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> Proven Experience: A strong background in high-volume, high-quality à la carte environments. Autonomy: The ability to walk into a new kitchen and hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Professionalism: Reliability is non-negotiable.
