<h1>FRONT OF HOUSE --- KISSA</h1> Kissa is looking for an experienced front of house person to join our team in Torggata. We're a New York--style pizza and listening bar built around good food, good sound and a relaxed, welcoming room. We're looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is often about the small things --- being attentive, reading the room, keeping service moving and making people feel looked after without making a big deal out of it. <h3>THE ROLE</h3> You'll be part of the day-to-day service at Kissa, including: <ul><li> Delivering food to tables and looking after guests </li><li> Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables </li><li> Serving drinks and snacks </li><li> Preparing and serving cocktails </li><li> Keeping the bar and front of house clean, organised and ready for service </li><li> Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team </li><li> Helping maintain a smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere </li></ul> <h3>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h3> We're looking for someone with previous experience from restaurants, bars or hospitality who is comfortable stepping into a busy service environment. You should be confident with guests, attentive and able to see what needs to be done without always being asked. You care about the details, work well as part of a small team and understand the importance of keeping a room clean, organised and running smoothly. Experience with cocktails and bartending is important. We'd love to find someone who is genuinely interested in cocktails, knows the fundamentals and wants to develop that side of Kissa together with us. We're a small team, so we're looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and be part of the place --- not just work a shift. <h3>ABOUT KISSA</h3> Kissa is an independent pizza and listening bar at Torggata 35 in Oslo. We serve New York--style pizza by the slice in a space where food, sound and hospitality are treated with equal care. We're still a young place, which means there's plenty of room to take responsibility, contribute ideas and help shape how Kissa develops. Part-time / full-time depending on the right person.
