Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor / Working Foreman with experience in concrete and formwork projects This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical work on-site with leadership responsibility. You will take a key role in smaller projects (typically NOK 1-20 million), where you work alongside your team while ensuring progress, quality, and safety. <h2>Responsibilities:</h2> <ul><li> Lead and coordinate daily work on-site (typically small teams) </li><li> Actively participate in production work (concrete and formwork) </li><li> Follow up project schedules and ensure steady progress </li><li> Order and manage materials (concrete, reinforcement steel, etc.) </li><li> Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures </li><li> Maintain checklists and required documentation </li><li> Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders </li></ul> <h3>Desired qualifications:</h3> <ul><li> Experience as a working foreman, site supervisor, or similar role </li><li> Solid hands-on experience in concrete and formwork </li><li> Ability to combine practical work with leadership responsibility </li><li> Good understanding of construction processes and HSE </li><li> Driver's license (Class B) </li><li> Scandinavian or English language skills </li></ul> <h3>We offer:</h3> <ul><li> Competitive salary: NOK 325 -355 per hour (depending on experience) </li><li> Permanent employment with stability and long-term opportunities </li><li> Varied projects with a high degree of responsibility </li><li> Skilled colleagues and a supportive work environment </li><li> Housing in company apartments if needed </li><li> Professional and service-oriented administration </li></ul> <h3>Interested?</h3> Please send your CV and a short application as soon as possible.
